At Vital Urgent Care in Philadelphia, employment physicals are walk-in friendly. Come in Monday through Friday between 8 AM and 6 PM, and our licensed providers will complete your exam and paperwork in a single visit. No appointment needed, no referral required.
We perform the exam, review your health history, check your vitals, and complete whatever forms your employer, school, or camp requires — so you can start work on time.
Physicals We Offer
- School, sports & camp physical — $50. For students, athletes, and campers. Forms completed same visit.
- Adult physical — $60. General wellness physicals for work or personal health.
- Pre-employment & work physicals — $60. Standard employment exams with employer forms completed on-site.
- DOT / DMV physical — $135, urinalysis included. For commercial drivers and regulated positions.
- TB test + physical — $100. Physical exam bundled with a TB skin test — common for healthcare and childcare jobs.
- QuantiFERON + physical — $124. Physical exam with QuantiFERON-TB Gold blood testing.
- Rapid drug screen — $60. Add-on rapid drug screening for pre-employment requirements.
- Extra form — $15. Additional paperwork beyond the standard exam forms.

How Your Physical Visit Works
- Check in. Walk in Mon–Fri 8 AM–6 PM, or check in online ahead of time. Bring a photo ID, your insurance card if you have one, and any forms your employer gave you.
- Health history & vitals. We review your medical history and check your blood pressure, heart rate, height, and weight.
- The exam. A licensed provider performs a head-to-toe physical exam tailored to your employer’s or school’s requirements.
- Paperwork completed. We fill out and sign your forms on the spot — you leave with everything you need for your first day.
