About Vital Urgent Care
Walk-in care for Harrowgate, when you need it.
Vital Urgent Care is a walk-in clinic at 3528 I St, Suite 108, Philadelphia — in Harrowgate Plaza next to Super Foodtown, with free parking right out front.
When you’re sick or hurt, you shouldn’t have to wait days for an appointment. Walk in Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM, and our clinicians will take care of you — no appointment needed, and children are always welcome.
What we treat
Everyday illness and minor injury: colds, flu, COVID-19, and RSV; sore throat and strep; ear and sinus infections; UTIs; rashes and skin infections; minor cuts and lacerations; sprains, strains, and splinting; and more.

Simple, honest pricing
We accept most major insurance plans. Paying on your own? An office visit is $125, and a telehealth visit is $125 — no surprises. Please bring a photo ID and your insurance card.
