Same-day appointments are offered during our clinic hours, Monday through Friday, 8 AM–6 PM. Calling earlier in the day gives you the best chance of being seen the same day. We’ll do our best to fit you in, and if no same-day slots remain, we’ll offer the next available time.

When Same-Day Video Isn’t the Right Call
Some situations need more than a video visit. If you’re experiencing chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe bleeding, signs of stroke, or another emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room — don’t wait for a telehealth appointment. For concerns that need a physical exam or lab work, you can visit our Philadelphia clinic at 3528 I St Suite 108, Philadelphia, PA 19134 (Mon–Fri, 8 AM–6 PM). Please note we do not have X-ray on site.

What conditions are suitable for a same-day video visit?
Colds, flu, sinus infections, UTIs, rashes, sore throats, earaches, allergy flare-ups, stomach bugs, pink eye, and minor injuries are all good candidates. Emergencies should go straight to 911 or the ER.
How much does a same-day telehealth visit cost?
A self-pay video visit is $125. We also accept most major insurance plans, including Medicare, Medicaid, Aetna, Highmark, UPMC, and Cigna.
What if there are no same-day slots left?
We’ll offer the next available appointment. For concerns that can’t wait, our Philadelphia clinic (3528 I St Suite 108, Mon–Fri 8 AM–6 PM) may be an option, and true emergencies should go to the emergency room.
