Urgent Care for the Lehigh Valley, On Video
Living in Allentown shouldn’t mean settling for less when you need medical care. Vital Urgent Care’s telehealth service gives Lehigh Valley patients — from Center City Allentown to the surrounding suburbs and towns — direct video access to our providers.
An online doctor visit works much like a clinic appointment: you describe your symptoms, the provider asks questions and evaluates what they can see on video, and you leave with a clear treatment plan. Prescriptions are provided when medically appropriate and sent to the pharmacy of your choice.

From Video to In-Person, We’ve Got You
Sometimes a video visit isn’t enough — you may need a physical exam or lab work that can only happen in person. When that’s the case, your provider will let you know, and you can visit our Philadelphia clinic at 3528 I St Suite 108, Philadelphia, PA 19134. Clinic hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM–6 PM; we’re closed on weekends. Please note we do not have X-ray on site.
If this is a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
