How much does a DOT physical cost?

Do I need an appointment?
No — DOT physicals are walk-in. Just come by Monday through Friday, 8 AM–6 PM.
What should I bring?
Bring a valid photo ID (your CDL or driver’s license), a list of your current medications, and your glasses, contacts, or hearing aids if you use them.
How long is the medical card valid?
A DOT medical card is generally valid for up to 2 years if you meet the requirements. The medical examiner determines the validity period based on your exam results.
