*Note: Some locations may require you to call in advance to schedule an immigration physical exam.
The United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) mandates that you undergo a comprehensive immigration physical exam. This examination is conducted to ensure that there are no physical issues or mental disorders that could hinder your approval. Our physicians understand the stringent guidelines and procedures set by the government for these exams, so you can trust that your forms and reports will be completed accurately.
During your exam, your doctor will order a chest X-ray and blood tests. Your physical and mental well-being will be assessed through X-rays, blood tests, and diagnostic observations. In addition to bringing your Form I-693, please also bring your medical and vaccination records. If you don't have proof of your vaccinations, you can request a blood test to confirm your immunization status.
Furthermore, an immigration physical exam may include various lab tests and vaccinations*, such as:
*Please note that the availability of vaccinations may vary by location. We recommend calling ahead to inquire.
We strive to provide you with a seamless and thorough experience throughout your immigration journey.
